Sanford J. Gerber, Managing Attorney and Partner at Wessels & Gerber, P.C. has been practicing real estate law for over twenty-five years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. Mr. Gerber focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate.

Maria Paola Repokis joined Wessels & Gerber, P.C. in 2018. Ms. Repokis attended law school at Universidad del Rosario in Bogota and attended Emory University in 2017 to receive her LL.M. Her primary practice areas are residential and commercial real estate.

Ryan Downs joined Wessels & Gerber, P.C. in 2016. He graduated from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2012 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa in 2015. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2015 and his primary practice areas are residential and commercial real estate, probate, estate planning, and business formation.

Wini Stephens

Wini Stephens joined Wessels & Gerber, P.C. in 2019. She graduated from the University of West Florida in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies and received her joint Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University College of Law and J. Mack Robinson College of Buisness in 1997. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1997 and is a registered mediator with the State of Georgia. Her primary practice areas are residential real estate and mediation.

Savannah Bevard

Savannah Bevard joined Wessels & Gerber, P.C. in 2019. She graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and received her Juris Doctorate from Savannah Law School in 2017. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2017 and is sworn into all Georgia courts. Her primary practice areas are residential and commercial real estate, probate, and estate planning.
